NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-01915 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sophia Smith, Berkshire Lakes Master Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as Nominee for Summit Mortgage, LLC, Mark A. Smith a/k/a Mark Smith, Waterford Condominium Association of Collier County, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT H-204, NEW WATERFORD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1672, PAGE 1064, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINUM DECLARATION.
A/K/A 915 NEW WATERFORD DR, APT 204, NAPLES, FL 34104-8364
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
