NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-03508 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Ralph C. Rice, Susan Rice, Gulf Winds East Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a Gulf Winds East Unite Condominium Association, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT A-302, GULF WINDS EAST, UNIT I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 508, PAGES 165 THROUGH 224, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1000 MANATEE RD APT A 302, NAPLES, FL 34114-3966
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
