NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005450, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, MADISON PARK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
