Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CC-1246 WS / U, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WOODRIDGE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ILIDIA MACKEY, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, WOODRIDGE SOUTH, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 132 through 134, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of October, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
