NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 18, 2012, in Case No. 51-2011-CA-03427ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Yusuf Emirov and Elmira Emirova, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www. pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 5th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 8, BAY AT CYPRESS CREEK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 132 through 139, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
