NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CC-1623 ES/D, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BARRINGTON AT NORTHWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSE FERNANDEZ, DECEASED; MERCEDES CEBALLO; OLGA JOHANNA FERNANDEZ ESPINAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 25, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, Block M, Northwood Unit 7, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 115 through 119, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
