NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CC-3836-WS/O, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Homeowners Association at Suncoast Lakes, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Wendall Collins, Edna Collins and Bankatlantic Bancorp, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 23, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, Block 3, Suncoast Lakes Phase 2, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 14, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
