NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002613-XXXX-WSJ3, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and FRED L. HOOPER II; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRED L. HOOPER II N/K/A NEDJINE HOOPER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; THE VERANDAHS AT PASCO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 335 VERANDAHS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
