NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , 2012, in Case Number 2011 CA 001715, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Sunshine Savings Bank f/k/a Sunshine State Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Issac Newton, Cristian Newton, Natalie Euzelia Nix f/k/a Natalie Nix Newton, Waters Edge Single Family Homeowners Association, Inc. and Waters Edge Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 2012, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
