NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-004676-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-7 is Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF EDWARD C. LAND A/K/A EDWARD CLELTON, DECEASED; TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; MICHELLE R. ZWASCHKA; EVELYN NELSON; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 252, DRIFTWOOD VILLAGE, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 75-76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
