Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in PASCO County, Florida described as:
The South 250.00 feet of the West 150.00 feet of Tract 60, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, as per Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, lying in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East.
Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 13th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
