OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SUNNYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 14, Building 32, Sunnybrook IX, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 47 through 49, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed May 7, 1987, in O.R. Book 1605, Pages 351 through 455 as amended, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. Together with a perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 6532 Spring Flower Drive, Apt. 14, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 5, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
