FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 59 AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 89°21'29” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT 59, 187.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89°21'29” EAST ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY 97.10 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°43'15” WEST, 89.14 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°16'45” WEST, 89.99 FEET; THENCE NORTH 03°50'46” WEST, 89.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO BEING KNOWN AS LOT 17 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 16 OF THE MEADOWS, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 109 THROUGH 112, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 3010 North Military Trail, Suite 300, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 on or before November 5, 2012/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
