All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Pasco and State of Florida, being known and designated as Lot 240, NATURE'S HIDEAWAY PHASE III, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 137 through 140, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
