NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009490 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LAOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SEVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and , RUSSELL W. HARRIS, II A/K/A RUSSELL W. HARRIS; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUSSELL W. HARRIS, II A/K/A RUSSELL W. HARRIS, IF MARRIED; and SIDNEY A. CASON; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SIDNEY A. CASON, IF MARRIED; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and JOHN DOE; and JANE DOE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the immediate left of the Public Entrance Lobby of the West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of October , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 115, RIDGE CREST GARDENS FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 86 through 88, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
