NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-010411-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of August 1, 2005 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WHQ4, Plaintiff and Steve Pollick and Sharon Pollick, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
