NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003538WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and JOHN J. STAFISZ JR. A/K/A JOHN STAFISZ, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN J. STAFISZ JR., A/K/A JOHN STAFISZ JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Commence at the Northwest corner of said Tract 37, the same being the Northwest corner of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of theSoutheast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run along the North boundary line of said Tract 37, the same being the North boundary line of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 31, North 89º 51' 41” East, a distance of 331.04 feet; thence South 0º 14' 45” West , a distance of 341.86 feet; thence South 89º 55' 11” West, a distance of 211.00 feet; thence South 0º 14' 24” West, a distance of 25.00 feet; thence South 89º 55' 11” West, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence North 0º 14' 24” East, a distance of 366.52 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
