NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-005627-WS DIV J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and LUCIANO VISENTIN A/K/A LUCIANO A. VISENTIN; MARY VISENTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of October, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHWESTERLY 100 FEET OF THE NORTHWESTERLY 1/2 LOT OF LOT 5, BLOCK 206, CITY OF NEW PORT RICHIE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
