NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001561-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HERS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LEINOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST; and JOHN DOE N/K/A MARK HRECKO; and JANE DOE N/K/A GINA GASPARINI are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00AM on the 8TH day of November , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
