NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005628WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA J. WILKEY; THOMAS E. WILKEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE K. KICKLITER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of October, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 266 of the unrecorded plat of PALM TERRACE ESTATES, being a portion of Tract 17 of Port Richey Land Company Subdivision of Section 15, Township 25 South, Range 16 East; as shown on plot recorded in Plat Book 1 at Pages 60 and 61 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Southeast corner of Lot 197 of Palm Terrace Estates, Unit seven, as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 41 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, thence along the Easterly extension of the South Line of said Lot 197, South 89º30'03” East, a distance of 219.13 feet for this Point of Beginning, thence North 00º14'53” East, a distance of 60 feet, thence South 89º30'03” East a distance of 84.0 feet, thence South 00º14'53” West a distance of 60 feet, thence North 89º30'03” West a distance of 84.0 feet to the point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
