NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002036 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SD4 is the Plaintiff and Joyce Whitlock; Donald Whitlock; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the clerk of courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 01 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE 66 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY OF TAMIAMI TRAIL (U.S. 41) RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG EASTERLY LINE OF TAMIAMI TRAIL 391.6 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF A 25 FOOT STREET; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID STREET 755.2 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE WHICH IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE 118.2 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE WEST 119 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER A STRIP OF LAND 25 FEET WIDE LYING IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY EXTENDED FROM THE TAMIAMI TRAIL TO TH EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID PROPERTY
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
