NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010679 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2002-1 , Plaintiff, and, BETTIE BALLARD, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com at the hour of 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, EASTWOOD OAKS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 AT PAGE 25 & 25A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
