NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-015110 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A/ THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS,INC. ASSET-BACKED NOTES TRUST 2007-SD1 , Plaintiff, and, JOHN G. MURGES, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com at the hour of 9:00 AM on the 26TH day of OCTOBER 2012, the following described property:
LOT 68, THE SETTLEMENT, UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 34, 34A THROUGH 34C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
