NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 24, 2012 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK B, OF THE REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 31st day of October, 2012 on-line at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
