NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 24, 2012 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: TRACT 21, LESS THE SOUTH 150 FEET, OF VENICE GROVES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 31st day of October, 2012 on-line at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
