NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014435 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS SERVICER FOR E-TRADE BANK is the Plaintiff and LESLIE H LIEBENBERG, RIVENDELL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., U.S. HOME CORPORATION and SHELAGH A LIEBENBERG IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of October 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, RIVENDELL, UNIT 5, THE WOODLANDS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42 PAGES 35, 35A THROUGH 35G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
