NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007126 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and NADINE S. RALEY, LONGWOOD RUN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, LONGWOOD VILLAS OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ROBERT L. RALEY and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NADINE S. RALEY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of October 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LONGWOOD VILLAS, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE (S) 29 AND 29A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
