NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-003726 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and JUDITH L. BRAUDE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE REVOCABLE TRUST OF JUDITH L. BRAUDE; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE REVOCABLE TRUST OF JUDITH L. BRAUDE; JUDITH L. BRAUDE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; GULFSTREAM TOWERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A CONDOMINIUM; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 505, PAGE 53, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 13, 14, 15, 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
