HAFTL, DECEASED; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.

Unit No. 80B VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, Phase II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1302, Page(s) 1441-1496 incl, and amendments thereto recorded in Official Record Book 1366 Page 1932, et seq., Official Record Book 1412, Page 1243, et seq., and Official Record Book 1505, Page 762, et seq., and as per Second Amended Plat recorded in Condominium Book 15, Pages 39 through 39J, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by SARASOTA VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or November 05 2012; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW NEWSPAPER.
