NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015609 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6 is the Plaintiff and NEHEMAN A JALLER A/K/A NEHEMAN ALBERTO JALLER A/K/A NEHEMAN ALBERTO JALLER, UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOHN THOMAS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of October 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 654, 14TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 13, 13A THROUGH 13Q, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
