NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005026 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION 2005-NC2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC2 is the Plaintiff and HUNG MINH NGUYEN, NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, MAI TRUC NGUYEN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 25th day of October 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SAID POINT BEING ON THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF MCINTOSH ROAD (WIDTH 48 FEET); THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF MCINTOSH ROAD, 170 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST 261 FEET; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 261 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF MCINTOSH ROAD; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF MCINTOSH ROAD; 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE WEST 18.0 FEET THEREOF.
