NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 19th day of October 2012, at 9:00am www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 205, Building 4, VILLAGIO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument #2003257048 and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
