NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. Case No.2008-CA-014105 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff and DANIEL W DUBBS; DEBRA K. DUBBS; et al; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclosue.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE 12 FT.
