NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, and that Order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated October 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 002719 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JAMES T. VAN WINKLE, JR. and MARY E. VAN WINKLE, AS TRUSTEES UAD 3/09/2001, are the Plaintiffs and PATRICIA BRISTOL nka PATRICIA WATSON, et al, and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 1 and 2, Block L, AMARYLLIS PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat book 2, Page 56, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M on October 22, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
