NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 008114 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA is the Plaintiff and HOANG VAN; SAN PALERMO AT SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; THUY THAI; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BRIAN WALTERS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, SAN PALERMO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 9 THROUGH 9D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
