NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020405 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and GUY M. BROOKS A/K/A GUY BROOKS, LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK FSB, KELLY C. BROOKS A/K/A KELLY BROOKS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10396 & 10397, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
