NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-007960 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006-AR6,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTS,SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and DAVID MILLER A/K/A DAVID L. MILLER, CLERK OF THE COURTS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, STEPHANIE MILLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID MILLER A/K/A DAVID L. MILLER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

The North 105 feet to the following described property: Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 116, First Addition to Oak Shores, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 29 and 29 A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 89 degrees 58' West, 50 feet; thence North 210 feet; thence South 89 degrees 58' East, 275 feet more or less to shore of Canal B; thence Southerly along the Shoreline of Canal B to the North line of said Lot 116; thence North 89 degrees 56' West, 160 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning. Less the West 25 feet for road assessment. Lying and being in the NE 1/4 Section 28, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida. Together with a perpetual non-exclusive for ingress and egress over the West 25 feet of the following described parcel of land: Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 116, First addition to Oak Shores, as per Plat Book 8, Pages 29 and 29A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 89 degrees 58' West, 50 feet; thence North 210 feet; thence South 89 degrees 58' East, 275 feet more or less, to shore of Canal B; thence Southerly along the Shoreline of Canal B to the North of said Lot 116; thence North 89 degrees 58' West, 160 feet more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
