NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-002068 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM W FARLEY A/K/A WILLIAM FARLEY; SKIPPI FARLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID G. MANN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT O, FORTY-NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 1, 1A THROUGH 1TT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THEREFROM THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONVEYED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2000007370, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
