NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-005174 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and STEVEN FARRELL; SUZANNE FARRELL; KEY BANK, N.A.; PREMIER MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A HEATHER E. LAVOIE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 470, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES20, 20A THROUGH 20Z, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
