NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014828 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and MARY L. SPAIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY L. SPAIN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; GULF GATE EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 9, GULF GATE EAST, UNIT NO. 3 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 17 AND 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
