F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and RICARDO MONTANEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICARDO MONTANEZ; CROCKER'S LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A SHANE DENIZARD are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
