NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 24, 2012, in Case No. 10-CA-3949, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, successor by merger to Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Lynn M. Ehrlich, et. al. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 13th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 16, SOLANA BAY, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Pages 81 through 89, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
