NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012, and entered in 2009-CA-025814 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ZULAY GARCIA RAMOS; JULIO MATOS RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 10 OF VILLA ST. LOUIS, AN EXTENSION OF WEST TAMPA, A SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER, OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER, OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
