NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2012, and entered in 29-2009-CA-027296 DI of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and HECTOR GOMEZ; INFOSUR TRADERS, CORP. D/B/A INFOSUR TRADES, INC.; THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A AMADOR MORALES; JANE DOE N/K/A MARITZA MORALES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO 8717 BUILDING 4 OF THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16709 AT PAGE 769 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
