NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2012, and entered in 11-4834 DIVISION C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R4, is the Plaintiff and JODI LYNN RANDALL A/K/A JODI RANDALL F/K/A JODI L. WOODARD F/K/A/ JODI LYNN WOODARD; SHAWN RANDALL; SHAWN RANDALL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; INTERCOASTAL MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 213 OF EVELYN CITY ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
