SMITH A/K/A TERRY SMITH; MARGQUERITE RUTH SMITH A/K/A MARGQUERITE R. SMITH A/K/A MARGQUERITE SMITH are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

W., 45.23 FEET; THENCE N. 41 DEG. 23 MIN. 09 SEC E., ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT-OF-BEGINNING.
