NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018618, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and HEATHER LETHBRIDGE; BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed on the 8th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1218, BUILDING 15, OF BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16784, PAGE 1450, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
