ASSETS RESOLUTION CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and GLORIA JEAN BAKER A/K/A GLORIA J. BAKER; LISA CHRISTINE BAKER; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ETHEL KEATON; CARLOTTA JOHNSON; CARRIE WELLS; JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A FRANK BERNARDO, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed on the 9th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, IN BLOCK 26, OF THE INTERBAY AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
