NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-026693, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-11, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-11, is Plaintiff and ESTEBAN MORALES; ALVARO H. MORALES; ELOISA C. OSORIO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed on the 13th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 14, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED RIVER WALK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 276 THROUGH 286, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROURGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
