BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JOANNE CALHOUN; LORENZO CALHOUN; RADIUS CAPITAL CORP. DBA HOME MORTGAGE OF AMERICA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPT. OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; CITY OF TAMPA, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed on the 1st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, PIERCE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
